Damn it all to hell!!

And my laptop has decided to die again.
This time it's the sound and the internet.

we're scanning it for virus', then we're going to defrag it. If that doesn't fix it, it means either the sound card is fried or one of the processors has gone. The sound crackles and judders at varying degrees depending on the processor power in use.
With nothing but WMP or iTunes going, the sound is almost bearable. The moment the processor hits 40% usage, the sound is beyond recognition.

It means anything other than generic internet usage or word processing is useless.
I can't listen to music, I can't watch films and I can't play any games.

On top of that, my internet is now so slow is almost going backwards. It's not the internet connection, because everyone else's internet is fine.

I don't need this right now. Uni is about to start and I need my laptop. I'm going to ring up the guys i've got the cover plan with to get them to take it away again. Hopefully they can fix it. If not, I'm going to have to get a new one.
